Examples: Corporation framing, market analysis, SWOT and SLEPT analysis, interviews and Document Analysis.
PLANNING
Definition of objectives, strategies outlining, description of instruments and engaged targets.
Examples: Elaboration of action plans, schedule of activities, assignment of responsibilities and resource allocations.
IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING
Monitoring and follow-up of action plans.
Examples: Coaching, training, public relations, events, roadshows, advertising campaigns, media relations, image management, (re)branding, among others.
Contingency Plan: if the central strategy isn’t adjusted.
EVALUATION OF RESULTS
Even though the results cannot be immediately quantifiable, these conclusions can be drawn, assuming gaps and inaccuracies in order to highlight models of future performance.
Examples: Clipping, media value, study of publics and reporting are some of the evaluation methods.
