Internal Communication Audit
The Local Unit of Health in Alto Minho, EPE is a public entity incorporated in the National Health Service. This project of internal communication aims to evaluate how ULSAM communicates internally, in order to draw the guidelines for the development of a unique identity and organizational culture, based on a fluid and transparent communication process.
